Verona – Art and culture of the city of love

Verona is the city that inspired the story of Romeo and Juliet, it houses one of the oldest Roman amphitheatres in Italy in addition to its many Middle Ages and Modern History masterpieces and monuments.
Verona is still a magnet for lovers. Aesthetically pleasing, swathed in pale pink stone curling along the banks of the River Adige, streets paved with marble and lined with discreet restaurants and designer shops.
