Modern Wine Routes are territorial entities which are responsible for food and wine tours management. Since they’ve been created, we always spoke about “Wine Routes”, but in reality there have been many designations, due both to the different local needs and to the critical attitude shown by the association Slow Food about limiting the activities only wines.
That said, in Italy there are many different types of itineraries: Wine Routes, Flavours Routes, Wine&Oil Routes, Wine&Food Routes; which are distributed among all Italy Regions.
